What You'll Learn
- Conducting consulting and sales talks.
- Determining merchandise requirements and merchandise disposition.
- Storage and control of goods.

- Conducting personnel planning and creating sales statistics, success controls, and settlements to control and steer market performance.
Requirements
- Good high school diploma or technical college entrance qualification.
- Enthusiasm for food retail, ideally first practical experience.
- Interest in business contexts.
- Customer orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people.
- Confident and self-assured appearance.
- Assertiveness, teamwork, and organizational talent.
- High willingness to perform and ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations.
