• Learn the butcher trade: At our meat and sausage counter, you learn how meat and sausage products are prepared, processed, and sold. You also show customers what makes our products special.
• Contribute your own ideas: You produce delicious meat and grill specialties, prepare for example bratwursts and meatballs, and can contribute your own ideas.
• Shape the counter: You ensure that our meat and sausage products are presented appealingly and everything looks fresh and inviting.
• Look behind the scenes: You order goods, check the quality of our products, and ensure that everything is stored correctly.

• By the start of your apprenticeship, you have successfully completed your school diploma. You enjoy working with people, are interested in good food, and like to get stuck in? Then you are exactly right with us! Simply send us your resume and your last certificate. We look forward to getting to know you.
