Retail Sales Professional

Kramer GmbH & Co. EH-oHG is seeking a full time retail sales professional in Recklinghausen to start immediately. Responsibilities include organising and managing the store's business performance and leading the team.

• Take overall responsibility for organising and managing all store operations, from product selection and presentation to sales promotions
• Analyse sales, costs and stocktake trends and use the results to improve the store's business performance
• Ensure goods move smoothly through the store and that legal requirements and company rules are consistently followed
• Use your high quality standards and understanding of customer needs to create a shopping experience that delights customers and builds trust
• Lead and develop your team through clear communication, plan staffing and encourage a motivating and productive working environment

• Completed vocational training in retail, ideally food retail. An advanced qualification in retail management is a welcome advantage
• Commitment to responsibility and leadership, whether gained as a deputy store manager, department supervisor or in other fields such as restaurants or hotels
• Business knowledge and a good understanding of retail operations to maintain an overview and make sound business decisions
• A focus on customers, a sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
• Organisational skills, a focus on finding solutions and the ability to motivate your team and achieve goals together
