Fresh Counter Sales Associate, Field Service

As a fresh counter sales associate in field service, you support changing teams at the service counter in REWE stores. The job is full-time and fixed-term (2x 12 months).

• You look after and support our REWE stores in the field in service, fresh and gastronomy areas.
• As a fresh counter sales associate in field service, you support changing teams at the service counter for meat, sausage and cheese.
• You approach customers actively and advise them competently on products, origin, preparation and culinary ideas.
• You sell and portion meat, sausage and cheese specialties to customer wishes.
• You present fresh goods attractively and ensure an appealing, sales-boosting display.
• You handle ordering and stock planning, check stock and quality and ensure smooth operations.
• You ensure freshness, quality and compliance with all hygiene and HACCP rules.

• You have completed training as a butcher's sales assistant (m/f/d), food trade salesperson (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• You have two to three years of experience in service, ideally at a fresh counter, service counter or customer-focused food retail.
• You stand out with strong customer and service orientation and enjoy customer advice and active selling.
• You work independently, with commitment and flexibility, and have a strong sense of responsibility and quality.
• You enjoy working with different teams and contacts and stand out with communication skills, team spirit and a respectful manner.
• You hold a class B driving licence and are willing to travel for your field work.
