Sales Assistant Fresh Counter Field Service

• You support and assist our REWE stores in field service in the service, fresh food, and gastronomy areas.
• As a sales assistant for the fresh counter in field service, you support changing teams at the service counter in the areas of meat, sausage, and cheese.
• You actively approach customers and advise them competently on products, origin, preparation, and enjoyment ideas.
• You sell and portion meat, sausage, and cheese specialties according to customer wishes.
• You present fresh products attractively and ensure an appealing, sales-promoting product presentation.
• You handle goods ordering and disposition, check stocks and quality, and ensure smooth processes.
• You ensure freshness, quality, and compliance with all hygiene and HACCP regulations.

• You have completed training as a butcher salesperson (m/f/d), salesperson (m/f/d) in the food trade, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring two to three years of professional experience in the service area, ideally at a fresh counter, service counter, or in customer-oriented food retail.
• You convince with pronounced customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of customer advice and active selling.
• You work independently, committed, and flexibly and have a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness.
• You enjoy working with different teams and contact persons and convince with communication strength, team spirit, and an appreciative demeanor.
• You possess a class B driver's license and bring willingness to travel for your field service activity.
