HR IT Testing Expert

Help shape the quality and stability of REWE Group’s future HR systems for 250,000 employees. As part of the HCM transformation, develop testing management across systems and coordinate HR departments, HR IT, project leads and external service providers.

• Develop an overall testing strategy for the HCM transformation and establish the necessary standards, processes and governance structures.
• Plan, coordinate and manage different testing phases, particularly system integration tests, user acceptance tests and end-to-end tests.
• Take responsibility for overall test planning, from preparation and execution to documentation, evaluation and approval.
• Develop suitable testing concepts and ensure that coverage of business and technical requirements can be traced.
• Establish effective defect and risk management, assess deviations and ensure transparent tracking.
• Prepare well-founded information for go-live approval decisions and present your assessment to project and management committees.
• Coordinate cooperation between HR departments, HR IT, project teams and internal and external implementation partners.
• Manage external testing service providers and ensure that agreed quality standards and deliverables are met.
• Provide reporting on test progress, quality, risks and outstanding decisions that suits each audience.
• Continuously improve test management and actively contribute your experience to working methods and project structures.

• Several years of professional experience in test management, ideally in large transformation programmes or complex system implementations.
• Experience independently planning and managing test phases such as system integration tests, user acceptance tests or end-to-end tests.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or comparable HR platforms.
• Knowledge of defect, quality and risk management, with the ability to assess complex issues in a structured way.
• Ability to independently develop and establish an overall testing strategy and effective governance structures.
• Experience working with or managing external service providers.
• Strategic thinking combined with a structured, solution-focused approach and strong implementation skills.
• German language skills at C1 level or higher.
