• Conventional turning, milling, grinding and drilling of assemblies and spare parts.
• Precise recording and documentation of all maintenance work carried out as well as test certificates.
• Logging of measurement results and implementation of corrective measures in case of deviations.
• Monitoring and definition of the necessary spare parts stock in own area.

• Successfully completed vocational training as a tool mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronician or a comparable technical qualification.
• Sound professional experience in the maintenance and repair of tools, machines and systems.
• Confident handling of technical drawings as well as knowledge of conventional metalworking.
• Knowledge of CNC technology, pneumatics, hydraulics, 3D coordinate measuring technology, precision mechanics, welding skills and good English skills are desirable.
• High quality and responsibility awareness as well as an independent, solution-oriented way of working.
• Willingness to work in shift and on-call systems.
