• Execution of projects to optimize productivity, processes and procedures with a focus on value and efficiency increase
• Communication of value-oriented principles, implementation methods and tools for continuous optimization of projects and processes
• Analysis of process organization and identification of improvement potentials in administrative processes and product development
• Execution of performance projects along the value chain and monitoring of sustainability of implemented measures
• Moderation of workshops and support of teams to optimize process flows
• Standardization of manufacturing processes
• Development and implementation of a reporting system and KPI system to track initiatives
• Independent derivation of action measures

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in production management and operational excellence
• Good knowledge of project management
• Green / Black Belt
• Strong moderation and presentation skills as well as good negotiation and conversation skills
• Strong service orientation and high persuasiveness
• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
• Good English skills (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel
