Ensuring high-quality, on-time and cost-conscious production Leadership, deployment planning as well as promotion and training of a shift team Responsibility for compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards Efficient and resource-saving operation of production plants (e.g. OEE) Further development of processes (Lean, CIP) and optimization of cost structure

Completed technical/food-related training (master craftsman, technician, engineer or similar) with relevant professional experience Leadership skills as well as high social and personal competence Knowledge of Lean Management and CIP Independent, solution-oriented and flexible working style, entrepreneurial thinking and high personal responsibility Willingness to work in 4-shift operation
