• You analyze, optimize, and digitize our QM processes holistically, from goods receipt to complaint management
• You translate technical requirements precisely into SAP concepts and subsequently control implementations and rollouts in S/4HANA
• You also ensure seamless integration of SAP QM with adjacent logistics, production, and controlling modules
• You continuously develop quality controlling, error and cause management, and document management
• Last but not least, you train key users in a targeted manner and moderate workshops at the interface between business and IT

• Education: completed degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
• Experience and know-how: several years of experience in quality management, ideally in industrial customer-specific production; sound SAP S/4HANA knowledge; very good understanding of integration with adjacent modules SD, PS, MM, and CO; experience in creating IT requirements; initial experience with modern SAP Fiori apps in QM is desirable
• Personality and work style: you are able to analytically penetrate complex issues and translate them into viable concepts; you appear confident and moderate workshops with ease; moreover, you bring genuine enthusiasm for change processes and drive them forward actively
• Languages: negotiation-proficient German and very good English, both written and spoken
