IT Platform Architect

In your role as IT Platform Architect, you will design and be responsible for IT architectures and translate customer requirements into solutions.

• You work on varied hardware & software development, integration, migration and implementation projects.
• You take on the design and responsibility of the IT architecture.
• Definition and enforcement of architecture and development guidelines as well as coordination of the implementation of non-functional quality requirements for business-critical applications are part of your area of responsibility.
• You conduct reviews of technical detailed concepts.
• You support proposal and pre-sales activities through architecture expertise and implementation competence as a Solution Architect.

• You have at least 3 years of project and professional experience in IT projects, e.g. as IT Architect, Solution Architect or Software Developer in software development projects.
• You have practical experience with modern software architectures, UML or comparable modeling languages, requirements engineering, as well as classic and agile software development methods.
• You have very good knowledge in the areas of hardware, network and security devices, as well as modern IT technologies such as Low Code, AI, Cloud, IaaS, PaaS, "Security at the edge" etc.
• Desirable are knowledge of the essential legal foundations, standards and methods of public administration (e.g. V-Model XT, BSI Grundschutz, data protection, FIM), experience with ADMBw or TOGAF.
• Desirable are a personal network and knowledge about current digitalization trends in public administration.
• German language skills at native speaker level and very good English skills round off your profile.
