Team Leader Order Picking

ROSSMANN's logistics operation supplies stores with goods on time. The position is full-time and initially limited to one year; compensation is based on a collective agreement.

Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to the team and serve as the communication link between employees and department management; ensure smooth workflows and efficient use of staff and equipment; monitor employee deployment and attendance and maintain order and cleanliness; ensure compliance with safety and occupational health regulations and support department management.

Training as a specialist in warehouse logistics and/or relevant professional experience in warehousing and materials management; strong people skills and ideally initial management experience; professional and technical knowledge of vehicle-based and pick-by-voice order picking; strong communication, organizational skills and resilience under pressure; good MS Office skills; willingness to work shifts; intercultural competence.
