• Material Planning: You support needs-based material disposition, monitor stocks and delivery dates and are in contact with our international manufacturers
• Internal Sales: You look after our customers, create offers, process orders and support our field service in daily business
• Quoting / Purchasing: You process price inquiries, obtain supplier offers, compare conditions and support commercial offer calculation
• Building Management / Property Management: You support the management of our properties, coordinate external service providers and accompany maintenance and repair measures
• Commercial Processes: Depending on deployment area you maintain relevant data, process documents and coordinate administrative processes
• Digitalization and Process Optimization: You contribute your own ideas and support the further development and digitalization of existing workflows

• Completed commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk, office management clerk, wholesale and foreign trade management clerk, or real estate clerk
• Ideally first professional experience in a commercial area – motivated career starters are also very welcome
• Structured, careful and independent working style as well as good organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability and interest in commercial contexts
• Confident use of MS Office as well as openness to digital processes and new software solutions, ideally first experience with ERP systems
• Very good German skills (at least C1) and English skills (at least B1, for internationally oriented deployment areas preferably B2)
