Material Planner Capacitors

Start as a team player at Rutronik, one of the world's leading companies in the distribution of electronic components.

• Ensuring delivery capability and flow of goods for the assigned products
• Implementing and monitoring planning guidelines and inventory management
• Checking dates, stock and delivery times and initiating suitable measures
• Triggering and tracking orders, cancellations and contracts according to applicable rules
• Coordinating with manufacturers on delivery dates, backlogs and availability
• Handling customer inquiries, cancellations and rescheduling in daily operations

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Ideally first work experience in material management, planning, purchasing or supply chain
• Structured and process-oriented way of working and good understanding of numbers
• Communication skills and enjoyment of working with internal and external interfaces
• Confident use of MS Office and ERP-related systems is an advantage
• Good to very good German and English skills
