• Care and management of our commercially used properties and buildings in all organizational and commercial matters
• Coordination of maintenance, upkeep, and repair measures in cooperation with internal contacts and external service providers
• Management and support of property management companies, craft businesses, utilities, and other external partners
• Processing of property-related contracts, invoices, ancillary costs, and ongoing administrative processes
• Organization and accompaniment of inspections, audits, and required measures concerning buildings and properties
• Participation in the digitalization and further development of our property and building management processes as well as the introduction and use of suitable software solutions

• Completed training as a real estate clerk, commercial training in the building technology sector, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in property management, condominium management, building management, or similar
• Good understanding of commercial and organizational processes related to real estate and building management
• Openness to digitalization and modern software solutions, ideally with experience in real estate, facility, or document management systems
• Independent and structured way of working, as well as strong organizational and coordination skills
• Strong communication skills in dealing with internal contacts, service providers, and external partners
