Material Planner, Inductors

Rutronik is looking for a material planner for inductors. The company distributes electronic components and employs more than 1,500 people at 76 locations worldwide.

• Ensure product availability and the flow of goods for assigned products
• Implement and monitor material planning guidelines and inventory management
• Check schedules, stock levels and delivery lead times, and take appropriate action
• Place and track orders, cancellations and contracts in line with applicable guidelines
• Coordinate delivery dates, backlogs and availability with manufacturers
• Handle customer enquiries, cancellations and rescheduling in daily operations

• Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Some initial experience in materials management, material planning, purchasing or supply chain is preferred
• A structured, process-focused approach and a good understanding of numbers
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with internal and external contacts
• Confident use of MS Office and systems related to enterprise resource planning is an advantage
• Very good German skills at least at C1 level and good English skills at least at B2 level
