Salaried Insurance Customer Advisor in Bank Sales – Career Changers Welcome

You are part of a strong network of Volksbanken, Raiffeisenbanken and R+V, advising existing customers of the partner banks on insurance and retirement provision. In your role as a permanently employed customer advisor (m/f/d), you support customers with important financial and retirement questions, work closely with the bank teams and your R+V colleagues on site, and are regularly present in various bank branches in your region. • Experience onboarding: Depending on your knowledge level, you go through our proven qualification program to become an IHK-certified insurance intermediary specialist (m/f/d) and quickly settle into your field of work.
• Shape advice: You identify what our customers need in insurance and retirement provision, advise them thoroughly and develop suitable insurance and provision solutions.
• Live customer care: You look after the existing customer base of the partner banks, prepare and follow up on meetings, and successfully turn your advice into sales. You remain a reliable contact for your customers.

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Sales experience and strong customer orientation
• Good communication skills and confident manner
• Structured way of working and good self-organization
• Class B driving licence and a vehicle
