About this Apprenticeship
R+V is looking for a health and long-term care insurance specialist in bank sales for its Berlin customer and branch management region. The role offers secure permanent employment, flexible working options, support and development.
What You'll Learn
- Protection: Support the sales team in its daily work with professional health and long-term care insurance for private customers, helping customers feel confident about the future.
- Advice: Focus on what really matters to customers. Add your specialist knowledge to consultations and use innovative tools to help customers feel more secure.
- Customer management: Build trust with every contact. Maintain existing relationships and attract new customers through cross-selling opportunities.
- Knowledge sharing: Identify market opportunities and suggest ways to develop the market so the team can continue to grow.
Requirements
- Completed training in insurance, for example as an insurance specialist or insurance clerk (m/f/d), or an equivalent qualification
- Sound knowledge of long-term care and health insurance
- A determined and empathetic team player
- Strong communication skills and a clear focus on customers
- Confidence with digital tools and personal initiative
