About this Apprenticeship
At R+V, train in bank sales alongside Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken, learning to help customers with insurance, future financial planning and investments. The apprenticeship in München starts on 1 August 2027 and lasts 2.5 to 3 years.
What You'll Learn
- Work with the team at sales points in Volksbank and Raiffeisenbank branches and build your knowledge at the regional vocational school
- Learn about insurance and financial products and experience advising real customers
- Prepare for and follow up on advice meetings, create offers and support the team in completing contracts
Requirements
- An intermediate secondary school certificate or university or university of applied sciences entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising people and learning about business
- Motivation to learn new things
- A driving licence by the start of training
- Students seeking a practical new challenge instead of their current degree are also welcome
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed apprenticeship pay of €1,455 per month in the first year, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses worth two months of pay
- Well-organised training, mentoring and internal training and talent development
- Standard training lasting 3 years, with a possible reduction to 2.5 years for good performance
- Savings contributions, help with learning materials and travel or rent costs depending on the distance to vocational school
- 30 days of holiday, additional days off on 24 and 31 December, the latest iPhone and a notebook, and a 38-hour working week under the pay agreement
