Business Analyst Business Architecture Property Insurance Corporate Clients

In the property insurance division of R+V, one of Germany's largest insurers, we offer needs-based, innovative and service-oriented products and services, including banking/credit, motor, corporate clients, agriculture and transport, including claims handling.

• You support long-term solution finding for the new and further development of our IT systems in close cooperation with the corporate clients division and in-house IT.
• Holistic capture and analysis of business requirements from the corporate clients area and internal interfaces, refinement of user stories and translation into viable target pictures for processes, data and interfaces.
• You work in an agile team and implement requirements from clarification with internal customers to productive rollout in close coordination with the Product Owner and IT.
• For our internal customers you are the central contact (m/f/d) for the applications you look after, representing the Business Architecture Property area.
• Carrying out software tests, reviews, and creating and maintaining clear, traceable documentation.

• Completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration (or comparable). Alternatively, IT training or a comparable qualification through relevant professional and project experience.
• You have a strong affinity for IT and technology, handle complex matters confidently, assess them soundly and derive clear recommendations.
• You impress as a communicative team player with a solution-oriented, analytical and structured way of working and a confident manner.
• Strong customer orientation, openness to new things and the ability to bring different stakeholders together purposefully.
• Ideally you have experience in business architecture or business analysis in property insurance, focusing on corporate client insurance.
• Good German skills in speaking and writing (at least B2-C1).
