Intern Transformation and Live Communication – Focus: Communication

Internship alongside your studies at R+V in the Transformation and Live Communication group, which designs physical, digital and hybrid formats that make strategy and change tangible. Mandatory or voluntary internship possible.

• You support the concept, structuring and preparation of communication formats and projects.
• You help prepare and follow up our physical, digital and hybrid live formats.
• You work on the program "Strategic Customer Centricity", especially on dialogue formats for field and office staff, the "customer glasses" and the accompanying project work.
• You support the further development of our knowledge platform and the meta-prompt system as part of our AI enablement.
• You help with community management, for example for the network community and the knowledge platform.

• Available for at least five months
• Studies in communication science, communication design, marketing, media management or a comparable field
• Good technical understanding, digital affinity and interest in communication and AI applications
• Strong communication, conceptual and teamwork skills and quick comprehension
• Independent, reliable, structured and precise way of working
