Navigator & Encourager: You accompany our customers by phone, in person, and in writing - from health prevention to support in all health-related life situations, you provide orientation and real help; Relationship manager: You are the most important link between the insured and SBK and are in contact with doctors, hospitals, employers, and authorities; Health expert: You check benefit entitlements, calculate contributions, clarify insurance questions, and apply laws directly in practice; Brand ambassador: Through your empathy and competence, you inspire people about SBK and win new customers; Team player: You work independently from the start, but are supported by training mentors and securely integrated into a strong team
