Order Management Specialist

Schleupen is seeking support in order management to manage and monitor customer receivables, follow up overdue payments and bill for services. The medium-sized software company develops business software for the energy and water industries and for governance, risk and compliance.

• You manage, monitor and report on amounts owed by our customers
• You handle regular payment reminders and reliably keep track of outstanding payments
• You work closely with our sales and consulting departments and serve as an important point of contact between teams
• You support the order processing team in Moers, particularly with timely billing for our services

• You have completed commercial vocational training or a degree and ideally have relevant work experience
• You have knowledge of receivables monitoring, accounting or project billing
• You are confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, have experience with ERP systems and have very good written and spoken German
• You are assertive, work well in a team and keep track of things even in challenging situations
