Support Agent

Schleupen is an innovative mid-sized software company for the energy and water industry. As a Support Agent you carry out business service processes for customers and communicate with them by email or phone.

• You independently carry out business service processes for our customers, based on the respective service orders.
• You create and maintain work instructions and user documentation for standardised processes.
• You communicate with our customers by email or phone and ensure smooth coordination.
• You identify potential for improvement in daily business, derive concrete improvement suggestions and describe them clearly.

• You have a completed commercial vocational training and ideally some first experience in the energy industry
• Your work is characterised by high quality and care, which makes you a valuable member of our team
• You work independently, reliably and conscientiously, which underlines your professionalism
• As a true team player you value working together and are service-oriented
• Customer satisfaction matters to you
• You have very good German skills in speaking and writing and are confident with common PC applications and have an affinity for IT (e.g. MS Office or Outlook)
