Seminar Management Associate - Fixed-term Sick Leave Cover

Schleupen, an innovative mid-sized software company for the energy and water industry, is looking for support in seminar management as sick leave cover. You work independently, put your ideas into practice directly and work in partnership with managers. Organizationally, you are part of the currently six-person "Personnel Development & Recruiting" team. The position is initially limited to up to 2 years, depending on agreement. • You coordinate the organizational implementation and scheduling of our internal training program "STEP"
• You obtain quotes, compare and evaluate them, and help select suitable training measures
• You handle the registration and de-registration of participants and communicate with speakers, hotels, training providers and internal contacts
• You maintain participant and event data in our seminar management system Seminar3
• You take care of HR administrative tasks, in particular invoice checking and processing as well as documenting training measures
• You create analyses, presentations and decision papers for managers, management and the executive board

• Completed degree with a focus on business administration or human resources management, or comparable commercial training
• First professional experience in seminar management, training management, HR or a comparable coordinating role.
• Enjoyment of organizational tasks and coordinating different contacts
• Structured, independent and proactive way of working
• High degree of reliability and accuracy, communication and advisory skills, and a confident manner
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience advising managers and knowledge of P&I Seminar3 are desirable
