Fitter for Kitchens / Worktops in the Greater Gießen Area

Our team for assembly and showroom management consists of fitters and commercial employees. Day after day, our fitters ensure that high-quality kitchens and worktops are presented perfectly at the customer's site. You work in well-coordinated two-person teams, place great value on clean, precise work and experience the good feeling of having created a visible result every evening. Manual dexterity, technical understanding and a high quality standard are decisive – because every detail counts. The organization and planning in the background is handled by our commercial employees. They are in regular contact with our assembly partners and are responsible, among other things, for planning and commissioning assemblies. The mission preparation takes place via our established intermediate warehouse in this region. From there you start your assembly work with a modern, fully equipped assembly vehicle and high-quality tools. This allows you to carry out your tasks directly in your region without having to travel to our company headquarters in Herrieden.

This job posting is for a specialized position. You will take on either kitchen assembly or worktop assembly. During the application process, we will decide together with you which area best suits your experience and strengths. For assembly assignments, expenses, overnight accommodation costs and an overnight allowance are granted. Kitchen assembly: Independent assembly of high-quality kitchens and furniture in showrooms, studios and at trade fairs in Germany and abroad. Worktop assembly: Delivery and professional assembly of worktops and associated components such as WAP and niche rear walls made of various materials (e.g. natural stone, ceramic, quartz stone, glass) as well as carrying out connection work in the electrical and sanitary areas. Ensuring the quality and functionality of all assembled elements through final inspection and fine adjustment. Carrying out surrounding work, adjustments and rework directly on site. Completed apprenticeship in a skilled trade, e.g. as a joiner (m/f/d), carpenter (m/f/d), cabinet maker (m/f/d), wood mechanic (m/f/d), specialist for furniture, kitchen and moving services (m/f/d), stonemason (m/f/d) or comparable training. Professional experience in the field of furniture, kitchen or kitchen worktop assembly is an advantage, but we also welcome career changers (m/f/d) from the skilled trades. Manual dexterity and confident handling of tools. Team spirit, reliability and solution-oriented work. Friendly demeanor and customer-oriented communication in German. Class B driving licence.
