During the 3-year training you will get to know the various departments of the plant, e.g. production, logistics, quality, human resources, etc.; fundamentals of areas such as order processing, procurement, accounting, contract creation, time management and personnel administration; teamwork and how to initiate changes together in change management; support in daily business e.g. by creating presentations, procuring office materials and planning and monitoring appointments

Secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss); good communication skills to handle daily interactions with external and internal contacts with enjoyment; friendly demeanor, positive charisma and service orientation; ability to keep overview and demonstrate organizational skills even in hectic situations
