Office Management Apprenticeship

MEG Löningen offers an office management apprenticeship. The company produces mineral water and soft drinks using modern equipment and offers varied tasks, job security, a friendly team and opportunities to develop. The three-year apprenticeship starts on 1 August 2027 and involves 38 hours per week.

• During the three-year apprenticeship, get to know the plant's different departments, including production, logistics, quality and human resources.
• Learn the basics of order processing, purchasing, accounting, preparing contracts, time management and personnel administration.
• Learn teamwork and how to introduce changes together through change management
• Support daily operations by preparing presentations, purchasing office supplies, and planning and monitoring appointments.

• An intermediate secondary school leaving certificate
• Good communication skills to enjoy daily contact with people inside and outside the company
• A friendly manner, a positive attitude and a focus on service
• Ability to stay organised and keep track of things even in busy situations
