Chemical Plant Operator / Machine Operator / Plant Operator / Production Employee

At Maxauer Papierfabrik we mainly process waste paper and make versatile, environmentally friendly printing paper from it. We offer varied and demanding tasks in the paper industry. Permanent, 38 hours per week, available immediately.

• Supervision and monitoring of our plants in the deinking/recycled fiber area
• Control and optimization of plant operation in compliance with specifications
• Carrying out changeovers and inspection rounds at our plants
• Ensuring trouble-free and safe operation
• Taking samples for quality control and retrieving lab values, initiating countermeasures in case of deviations to keep operating parameters
• Preparation and follow-up of shutdown work
• Carrying out cleaning and routine work, messenger and inspection rounds

• a successfully completed vocational training, ideally as a paper technologist, chemical plant operator or in a comparable field
• Specialist knowledge in paper production desirable
• Ideally a forklift license and a crane operator license
• if you do not have the licenses, we pay for the training
• careful action, attentiveness and precise observation
• willingness to work in fully continuous 5-shift operation
