Working Student Process and Regulation Management

Support daily business in process and regulation management, e.g., by answering questions and processing requests from other departments. Update and create new processes and regulations. Plan, coordinate, and align with stakeholders (mainly plant editors and process experts) during document maintenance and process modeling. Model processes according to BPMN 2.0. Maintain metadata, ensure data quality of records and documents, and adjust formatting in the process and regulation management tool. Create custom evaluations in the process and regulation management tool.

• Support daily process and policy management operations, for example by answering questions and handling requests from other departments
• Update and add processes and policies
• Plan, coordinate and liaise with stakeholders, especially plant document editors and process experts, during document maintenance and process modelling
• Model processes using BPMN 2.0
• Maintain metadata, check the quality of datasets and documents, and adjust formatting in the process and policy management tool
• Create custom reports in the process and policy management tool

• Current studies in a subject such as organisational studies, social sciences, business or a technical field such as data science
• Initial work experience, for example as a working student, intern or through previous vocational training
• Experience in process or project management is an advantage but not required
• An independent, proactive working style and strong communication skills
• Conceptual and analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly
• Very good German and ideally good English
