About this Apprenticeship
SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is looking for a full-time educator / social pedagogue / curative education nurse (m/f/d) for its clarification group in Lüdenscheid.
What You'll Learn
- Caring for up to eight young people together with team colleagues
- Contributing to social-pedagogical diagnostics to determine possible care and development perspectives
- Organizing a structured daily routine and actively shaping group life
- Cooperating with schools, doctors, therapists, parents and other support systems
- Documentation, reporting and contributing to the further development of pedagogical work
- Participating in internal expert committees
- Conscientious implementation of child and client protection
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in educational science or social pedagogy
- Professional handling of closeness and distance according to standards
- Children's participation and respect for their rights matter to you
- Solution- and resource-oriented way of working
- Independent, organized, team-oriented and strong communicator
- Ability to reflect and resolve conflicts
