Department Head Construction Financing Existing Business and Sustainability

The Construction Financing Existing Business and Sustainability department consists of around 30 employees, divided into four teams led by three team leaders at the Cologne and Bonn locations. In addition to the three existing business teams, the Building Savings team with its specialist advisors and the LBS cooperation partners supporting retail sales also belong to the department. As Head of Department for Existing Business, you are responsible for the entire construction financing portfolio of the private customer segment. In addition to existing business processing, the topic of sustainability and thus all relevant aspects surrounding real estate and the increasingly focused energy-efficient renovation are a central component of your department.

• You lead the Construction Financing Existing Business and Sustainability department as well as the Building Savings team and promote the personal and professional development of your employees through development-oriented leadership.
• You develop and implement sales strategies to stabilize our market shares in the construction financing sector and promote innovative approaches to customer retention.
• You inspire our customers through competent advice and support your team with special challenges.
• You observe and analyze market trends and the competitive landscape and derive appropriate measures for your department.
• You work closely with other departments, promote cross-divisional cooperation and build internal and external networks.

• You have a successfully completed degree, a qualification as a (Savings Bank) Business Administrator or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of professional experience in the field of construction financing, ideally in a management position.
• You convince with your ability to inspire and your positive attitude as well as the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• A pronounced sense for development-oriented leadership and the promotion of talents within your team are among your strengths.
