You are the first point of contact for our customers in branches and branch directorates and offer the services of Sparkasse KölnBonn. Based on wishes and needs, you refer our customers to the advisors and support them in qualitative appointment acquisition. Actively accompany the use of our online and self-service solutions and also independently sell selected banking products. You have completed a commercial (or comparable) apprenticeship and have initial professional experience in customer contact. You work in a service-oriented manner and interact with customers with professional enthusiasm and commitment to their concerns. Even in stressful situations you keep a cool head and act in a solution-oriented way. Your affinity for digital media characterises you as a customer service employee just as much as your openness to technical innovations.
