• As a contact person: You are the first point of contact for our customers' financial questions and needs, welcome them, and guide them through basic service and payment transactions.
• As a helper: You explain and supervise our self-service technology.
• As an advisor: You take on all relevant tasks in the service area, advise our customers on topics such as digitalization and online banking, independently open accounts and safe deposit boxes, and maintain customer data.
• As a networker: You refer our customers to our specialist advisors or arrange appointments.
