In your apprenticeship as a Machine and Plant Operator, you will ensure that our chocolate and bar production lines run smoothly. You will be guided step by step through your tasks and work directly on the machines that manufacture our products.

Setting up, converting, and operating machines and systems; Preparing work processes; Using digital systems (MES operation, ERP data maintenance, M365); Monitoring the production process; Inspecting and commissioning machines; Assisting with maintenance and inspection; Quality assurance; Occupational safety

A successful school diploma with good German language skills; Technical understanding and interest in machines, systems, and technical equipment; Motivation, reliability, and a careful way of working; Enjoyment of independent work as well as collaboration in a team and with people; Sense of responsibility for production processes and product quality; Enthusiasm and interest in actively participating in the manufacture and further development of products in the confectionery industry
