Swiss Life is a leading European provider of financial and pension solutions. A clerk for commissions and process optimization is sought for the Hanover head office.

• Booking incoming commissions for sales partners
• Assigning commissions to the related contracts for permanent automatic booking
• Independently checking commissions for accuracy and completeness
• Actively helping optimize data processing
• Taking on occasional special tasks for smooth daily business

• Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as office management clerk (m/f/d), or comparable qualification
• Good understanding of working in a sales environment
• Confident and routine use of MS Office applications
• Very good German skills in speech and writing and an independent, structured way of working
