Apprenticeship as Real Estate Clerk

Apprenticeship as a real estate clerk (m/f/d) at TAG Immobilien AG in Schwerin, full-time (39 hours/week). You learn how apartments and condominiums are managed and gain insight into law, technical building management and financing. TAG trains around 55 apprentices at locations across Germany.

• Contact person for tenants and prospective tenants, supporting all questions about housing
• Learn the management of apartments, from contract handling and building inspections to apartment handover
• Deal with building and legal regulations and gain insight into technical building management
• In condominium management, learn how owners' meetings are organized and property inspections carried out
• Support with financing plans and investment calculations

• School leaving certificate: successfully completed
• Personal strengths: quick comprehension, open personality, teamwork, independent working style, great interest in the topic of housing and the ability to bring in new ideas
• Knowledge and prerequisites: MS Office skills, ideally a class B driving licence
