Department and Project Assistant

Operational support for the department head and administrative support for the commercial project managers at TKMS Hagenuk Marinekommunikation in Flintbek. Full-time, permanent, hybrid.

• Operational support for the department head and administrative support for the commercial project managers throughout the whole project
• Preparing, creating and following up on presentations, minutes and decision papers, and running regular project status reviews
• Consolidating project information for the project portfolio and organizing project steering groups, steering committees and project workshops, including minutes and action tracking
• Helping to establish and ensure uniform commercial project management standards, methods and processes, and coordinating dates, meetings and workshops
• Identifying and implementing ways to improve project processes and actively taking part in cross-department optimization and transformation projects

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, for example as an industrial clerk or office management clerk, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in an assistant role or in project management is an advantage, confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, and ideally experience with ERP or project management systems
• Strong organizational skills, a structured way of working, a high sense of responsibility, plus reliability and discretion
• Communication and teamwork skills, flexibility, resilience and initiative
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working with a lot of initiative
