SAP In-House Consultant – Purchasing & Supply Chain

tk accelis Processing Europe GmbH is a highly specialized processing company for carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium and a supply chain specialist with about 1,000 employees. It is looking for an in-house SAP consultant for purchasing and supply chain in Krefeld.

• Analyze and design purchasing and supply chain processes and develop future-proof SAP solutions from them
• Capture requirements from the business departments, structure them and translate them into technical concepts
• Design and implement solutions based on SAP standards, custom extensions and modern cloud applications
• Be responsible for developing SAP processes in purchasing, materials management and supply chain management
• Lead projects from concept to successful delivery and ensure deadlines, quality and budget
• Carry out customizing activities and work closely with internal IT teams and external service providers
• Develop data products further and create the basis for reporting, analytics and AI applications
• Ensure high data quality, establish governance standards and support users through training and advice

• Completed degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience with SAP, ideally focused on SAP MM and related supply chain processes
• Deep understanding of purchasing, procurement and supply chain processes and the ability to turn them into efficient system solutions
• Sound knowledge of SAP customizing and of implementing and optimizing business processes
• Confident communication with different stakeholders as a link between business departments and IT
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking and a structured way of working
• Fluent German and English
