SAP In-House Consultant – Sales & Customer Supply Chain

tk accelis Processing Europe GmbH (formerly thyssenkrupp Materials Processing Europe GmbH) is a highly specialized processing company for carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium, and as a supply chain specialist it ensures smooth supply chains. It is looking for an in-house SAP consultant for sales-related supply chain processes in Krefeld.

• Be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and further development of sales-related supply chain processes in SAP and adjacent systems
• Analyze business requirements from sales, customer service and marketing and develop tailored solution concepts
• Design and optimize end-to-end order-to-cash processes from customer inquiry to invoicing
• Design and implement integrated SAP solutions and the connection of adjacent systems
• Plan, manage and deliver projects from concept through testing and go-live to handover to operations
• Carry out customizing tasks in the SAP sales environment and coordinate external service providers and development partners
• Model and further develop data products and business data models for reporting, analytics and AI applications
• Ensure data quality, data governance and compliance with compliance, data protection and IT security requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business, IT or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the SAP sales environment, ideally focused on SAP SD (CRM if applicable)
• Sound knowledge of end-to-end processes, especially in the order-to-cash area
• Experience in designing, integrating and further developing SAP and system landscapes
• Strong understanding of sales, customer and supply chain processes
• Strong communication skills and a high level of customer and service orientation
• Initiative, drive to deliver, and enjoyment in successfully advancing complex projects and change
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Fluent German and English
