Internship Agentic Support Automation in vTM Area (SS27)

In your role you develop an AI agent that automatically processes support requests around the virtual TRUMPF machine (vTM) With your contribution you put this AI agent into practice to simplify recurring support processes around the vTM Through research and prototypical implementation you develop new Agentic AI approaches for use at TRUMPF As part of the team you develop Agentic AI workflows that independently map complex tasks To ensure stable processes you design an AI-supported monitoring and alerting system

• In the course of your studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Media Informatics or a comparable degree program or equivalent qualification you bring a solid professional basis
• First experiences in Data Engineering, GenAI and the use of AI models round off your profile
• With good knowledge in AI, Python, CI/CD pipelines and REST APIs you bring the technical toolkit
• Good German and English skills in word and writing enable you to communicate securely in an international environment
• Analytical and conceptual skills as well as quick comprehension show in your structured and independent way of working
