• As part of our 18-month rotation program, you will gain comprehensive insights into various IT areas at TRUMPF at home and abroad. Together we will shape your individual development path and prepare you specifically for your future takeover position
• From the start, you take responsibility for your own tasks and projects. You work independently on strategic and operational topics, support management and decision-making processes and participate in IT projects, governance committees as well as quality and release processes
• Through close collaboration with various specialist departments, IT teams and international partners, you develop a holistic understanding of business processes, IT services and the global organization of TRUMPF
• You support infrastructure and transformation initiatives, accompany lifecycle topics and hardware rollouts and learn how IT services are continuously improved and controlled together with international teams and external partners
• In doing so, you systematically build your competencies in Service Management, ServiceNow, Stakeholder Management as well as moderation and presentation and develop continuously both professionally and personally

• A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Digital Business or a comparable field or equivalent qualification forms the professional basis for your entry
• First practical experience in an industrial company, for example through an internship or working student position, as well as confident handling of common Microsoft applications complement your profile
• A high interest in IT processes and technologies as well as pronounced analytical thinking characterize you, as does the willingness to familiarize yourself with various organizational and technical topics
• In collaboration with internal customers, stakeholders and international teams, you convince through communication strength, customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of dialogue with different contact persons
• An independent and structured way of working, initiative and very good German and English skills round off your profile, as does the openness to actively approach others and represent topics independently
