What You'll Learn
- Preparation and digitization of incoming invoices (mail processing & scanning)
- Assistance in the introduction and further development of e-invoicing
- Insights into modern invoice processing and automation processes
- Participation in digitalization and automation initiatives in the finance area
- Support of the accounts payable teams in daily business
Requirements
- You are currently studying business administration or a similar field
- You can confidently use common Microsoft 365 products
- Basic knowledge of SAP and experience with agents, flows, or automation are an advantage
- You are characterized by high self-motivation and strong teamwork skills
- You have an interest in digitalization topics in finance
