In Division 1 of the University Hospital Bonn, the following full-time position (38.5 hrs/week) is to be filled starting 01.08.2027: Apprenticeship as Management Assistant for Office Management (m/f/d). We, the University Hospital Bonn, are looking for you for the 2027 training year! As a maximum care hospital, we treat around 500,000 patients annually and train 3,300 medical and dental students and 585 people in numerous healthcare professions. Approximately 9,000 employees are dedicated to the supreme goal of ensuring optimal patient care. To maintain the framework of such a large institution, various commercial departments and their staff are needed. • As a prospective management assistant for office management (m/f/d), you will learn the basics of commercial activities in areas such as controlling, human resources, patient-related services, materials management and logistics, and facility management
• You will become familiar with patient data and be trained in billing with health insurance funds
• You will learn the business management contexts in healthcare using the example of a large institution
• You will become confident in using electronic media and support internal and external communication
• You will work with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as our ticket system
• You will accompany our HR department in various personnel measures and learn important basics in SAP

• At least a good technical college entrance qualification / secondary school diploma
• Enjoyment in dealing with people
