Pedagogical Specialists in the Ü3 Area

In the daycare center of the University Hospital Bonn, the following positions are to be filled as of 01.01.2027 in full-time (38.5 hrs/week) and part-time: Pedagogical Specialists (m/f/d) in the Ü3 area. The positions are permanent.

Independent and high-quality education and upbringing of children aged 3-6. Loving guidance of children through the pedagogical daily routine and proactive co-design of the daily schedule. Promotion of emotional, cognitive, and social development. Observation and documentation of educational and developmental processes. Participatory work according to the situational approach. Implementation and participation in the further development of the pedagogical concept. Partnership-based cooperation with parents and guardians: door-to-door talks, conducting development talks, and participation in parent evenings. Participation in team meetings, supervisions, and collegial consultations.

You have a state-recognized training as an educator, a degree in Social Work/Social Pedagogy, or a comparable qualification with an early childhood focus. You are flexible in terms of time within our opening hours. You have passion and creativity for working with children. You enjoy participatory daily routine design. You have willingness and interest in implementing child protection and inclusive pedagogy. You possess initiative and commitment in teamwork.
