Medical Assistant (MFA)

The Occupational Health Service provides occupational medical care for employees of the university and the University Hospital Bonn. This also includes employees employed via the Red Cross, pupils, trainees, and interns. Furthermore, employees of various service companies, personnel of various external companies, and students of medicine/dentistry and other faculties are cared for, as far as required by legal regulations. Tasks: Performance of special occupational medical examination procedures, e.g., lung function tests, hearing tests, vision tests, perimetry, psychometry, stress ECG; Blood sampling and administration of vaccinations; Support of the business office (appointment scheduling; email correspondence; mail processing; ordering); Independent written and telephone correspondence; Tasks associated with the area of responsibility (quality and hygiene management, etc.)

Completed training as a Medical Assistant; Reliability, very good team skills, friendly demeanor, high sense of responsibility, organizational talent, strong communication skills, high commitment, flexibility, resilience; Good IT skills (MS Office, Outlook, Internet); Advantageous: experience in occupational medical assistance tasks; Secure command of German language in word and writing; Good knowledge of modern word processing
