Trainee Medical Assistant in Gynecological Outpatient Clinic

The three-year practical and theoretical training starts on 01.08.2027 in the gynecological outpatient clinic of the University Hospital Bonn. As a Medical Assistant (f/m/d), you will take care of female patients, organize appointments, and assist doctors. Naturally, you will also be confronted with typical tasks from the field of the Clinic for Gynecology and Gynecological Oncology.

• Appointment scheduling and patient registration
• Preparation of various outpatient consultation hours
• Blood sampling and urine examinations
• Assistance during examinations and treatments
• Counseling and education of female patients
• Documentation of treatments
• Billing/coding
• Use and maintenance of medical devices and instruments
• Performance of laboratory work and practice hygiene measures

• Secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) or intermediate school diploma (mittlerer Bildungsabschluss)
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and working in a team
• Interest in medicine and people
• Teamwork and resilience
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
