About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn
- Du organisierst die administrative Patient*innenaufnahme: Vertragsunterlagen, Termin- und Untersuchungskoordination sowie Kostensicherungsmaßnahmen
- Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit deinen Teammitgliedern und übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Aufgaben wie z.B. Blutentnahmen, Blutdruckmessungen, EKG etc.
- Die Daten dokumentierst Du im Krankenhaus-Informations-System (ORBIS)
- Du bist Ansprechpartner*in für Patient*innen und Angehörige während der Aufnahme
- Du unterstützt das interdisziplinäre Team und leistest Deinen Beitrag zu einer guten Teamchemie mit Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe
Requirements
- Completed training as a medical assistant or a comparable medical or nursing qualification
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks, strong organizational skills and the ability to keep an overview
- Independent, careful and structured working style with a high level of commitment
- Previous professional experience, ideally in cardiology or cardiac surgery
- Enjoyment of working with patients
- Polite and courteous manner
- Interest in new specialist subjects and organizational changes, and motivation to further develop the Heart Centre together with the team
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to cooperate with colleagues from other professional groups
