Medical Assistant (MFA) for the ENT Private Outpatient Clinic

You are a member of the outpatient team and mainly organize the private outpatient clinic of the Medical Director of the University Department of Ear, Nose and Throat Medicine.

• Professional telephone and digital patient management, especially email, appointment coordination and patient admission
• Preparation, documentation and assistance with diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Organization of a smooth consultation process
• File management

• Completed training as a medical assistant (MFA)
• The ability to keep an overview even in turbulent and busy times
• The talent to spot potential for improvement and start improvements
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with patients
• Confident use of common IT systems
