In your role as Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, you shape the further development of our lead-to-order processes and create efficient and scalable solutions based on the Salesforce Sales Cloud together with the specialist departments You accompany the entire solution cycle from requirements gathering through conception and implementation to successful introduction and sustainable use by our users Together with international stakeholders and product owners, you drive the continuous optimization of our platform and sales-related processes forward Through your Salesforce expertise, you advise internal partners on best practices, market trends, and innovative possibilities for the digitalization of sales and marketing processes In an agile and self-organized team, you promote knowledge exchange, bring in new ideas, and make an active contribution to the further development of our Salesforce landscape and our collaboration

• Through your Salesforce expertise, you advise internal partners on best practices, market trends, and innovative possibilities for the digitalization of sales and marketing processes
• In an agile and self-organized team, you promote knowledge exchange, bring in new ideas, and make an active contribution to the further development of our Salesforce landscape and our collaboration

• Qualification: You have a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Experience: You bring several years of experience in the conception, implementation, and further development of Salesforce solutions, ideally in the area of Sales Cloud and lead-to-order processes; experience in consulting roles as well as in agile and classic project methods is an advantage
• Know-how and skills: You have sound knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, data modeling, automations, reporting, and the design of digital sales and marketing processes and convince with a pronounced analytical and solution-oriented way of working
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, other Salesforce Clouds, integration scenarios, or Salesforce certifications
• Language skills: You communicate confidently in English and German
• Personality: With high initiative, communication strength, and team spirit, you create trust with your stakeholders and understand how to convey complex requirements understandably and in a targeted manner
